Quality Control, Built Into Every Step

Leather demands judgement. Our QC team inspects at four critical points — not just before shipment — so defects are caught early, not after the container is sealed.

Stage 1

Raw Material Inspection

Each hide and roll checked for grain consistency, color, thickness, and defects before entering production.

Stage 2

In-Line Process Check

Inspections at cutting, stitching, and edge-paint stages. Issues addressed in real time, not after the fact.

Stage 3

Final AQL Inspection

Random sampling per AQL standards for dimensions, function, finish, and visual appearance. Defective units replaced.

Stage 4

Pre-Shipment Audit

Cargo check before container sealing: quantity, packing, labeling, and drop-test on packaging integrity.

After-Sales Support That Protects Your Brand

Our responsibility doesn't end at the port. Here's how we stand behind every shipment.

Quality Compensation

Verified defects reported within 30 days of receipt qualify for replacement units, credit notes, or refund — agreed case by case.

Return & Replacement

Defective units can be returned or destroyed on-site with credit issued. We absorb the logistics cost for confirmed factory-side issues.

Long-Term Partners

Repeat clients get priority scheduling, dedicated account managers, and annual price reviews to keep your margins healthy as you scale.
